Jerez is out of this world
This November, see the vineyard in a different way.
There are many ways to discover Jerez. This November, we invite you to do it through the colours of its vineyard, a photographer's eye and the wines that make our land unique.
On the occasion of Sherry Week, the great international celebration of Jerez wines, La Carboná presents Vendimiando colores, a photography exhibition by Paco Martín that brings us closer to the landscapes, colours and nuances of the Jerez region from an artistic perspective.
Exhibition opening
Wednesday 4 November · 19:00
La Carboná restaurant · Calle San Francisco de Paula, 2, Jerez de la Frontera
*The exhibition can be visited for three weeks at La Carboná.
Meet Paco Martín
A personal view of our land.
Paco Martín is a photographer born in Jerez de la Frontera, with more than 20 years of experience.
His work spans disciplines as diverse as sport, flamenco and equestrian art. He is also the author of the photographs in our book Cocina con Jerez.
En Vendimiando colores, he turns his gaze to the vineyards of the Jerez region to capture the colours, the light and the nuances of the grape harvest, bringing us closer to a landscape that is part of our identity.
An exhibition to enjoy at the table too
At La Carboná, wine is part of the way we understand cooking. That is why we want this exhibition to also be an invitation to sit at the table, enjoy the gastronomic offering of our The Chef of Sherry, Javi Muñoz, and discover how Sherry wines find their place in every experience.
Photography, gastronomy and wine come together to show us different ways of expressing a single identity: that of a land with a character of its own.
We would love to see you there
There are many ways to look at Jerez. This SHERRY WEEK, we invite you to do it through photography, gastronomy and its wines.
Discover Vendimiando colores at La Carboná and be amazed by everything our land has to tell.
✨ Jerez is out of this world. And we want to share it with you.
