A special menu to enjoy our cooking during the week, with a welcome drink and new seasonal dishes every month
In a year when Jerez is the Spanish Capital of Gastronomy, any excuse is a good one to come and enjoy our city and its cuisine.
That is why at La Carboná we have created a special menu for Wednesdays and Thursdays. A menu at €48 per person, designed for enjoying the cooking of Javi Muñoz, sharing a good table and turning any weekday into a chance to discover our gastronomy.
In our 19th-century former winery, right in the historic centre, we look forward to welcoming you to enjoy the produce of our land and a cuisine in which Sherry wines play a starring role.
The menu is available for lunch and dinner until 19 November and includes a welcome drink.

A new off-menu dish every month
As well as the menu, Wednesdays and Thursdays bring another new feature: we add an off-menu dish made with seasonal produce.
Every month, our chef selects a new product with trusted suppliers and brings it into the kitchen, respecting its origin, its qualities and the best time to enjoy it.
A dish separate from the menu that changes with the seasons and reflects our way of understanding gastronomy: caring for the produce, championing our land and cooking with Sherry.
